You can find us in Steni on the
east part of the island of Tinos
in Greece. The island of beauty, art and faith. It's the third largest
Cycladic Island, situated between Andros and Mykonos. It is famous most
of all for the church of Our Lady Annunciate which attracts thousands
of pilgrims every year on 15th August.
Tinos
has kept a magnificent nature and holds a special atmosphere of romance
and peace. You will enjoy fields of wild flowers, small sandy or pebbled
beaches, or mountains for climbing. The crystal waters of Aegean Sea
are warm from May until October.
Steni is a picturesque village
- marble-paved lanes, arches, countryards, two-store houses with marble
lintels will give you a real aesthetic pleasure. The village, with its
view of Mikonos, Delos and even Naxos, really is a balcony overlooking
the Aegean. Steni, built in the foothills of Mount Tsiknia, is the largest
village on Tinos. The churches of Saint Nicholas and Saint Anthony are
remarkable buildings from 17th and 18th century, and there are a number
of beautiful chapels scattered around the surrounding countryside -
Faneromeni, Agios Dimitris, and the Kioura ton Angelon (Our Lady of
the Angels). Dirt roads lead to wonderful beaches at
Livada, Santa Margarita, Faneromeni, and the pebble beaches at Agios
Dimitris. Our idyllic village plays host to holidaymakers from all over
the world every summer..
On our website you can find out more about our rooms, taverna and bar,
